soBrutal Booking Policy

This Booking Policy applies to all soBrutal sessions and forms part of the soBrutal Terms and Conditions. By booking a session, you agree to this policy in full.

Terms and conditions apply.

Session Format and Delivery

All soBrutal sessions are delivered as live, one to one professional marketing evaluations.

All feedback is provided verbally during the live session only.
No written notes, summaries, reports, recordings, or follow up feedback are provided before or after the session.

Each session is delivered live and is one and done.

Scope of Service

Sessions provide independent commercial judgement and professional opinion only.

There is no execution of work.
There is no rewrite of copy.
There is no design or creative work.
There are no supplier recommendations.

Booking and Payment

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

A session is not reserved until payment is received in full.
If payment is not completed, the slot remains available and may be allocated to another customer.

This ensures fair access to limited availability and avoids unused professional time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours, 3 days, before the scheduled session start time are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session start time are not refundable and not reschedulable.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing and will be processed within 10 working days.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same 72 hour policy.

Attendance and Missed Sessions

Clients must attend sessions at the scheduled start time.
Late arrival does not extend the session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session is treated as a cancellation within 72 hours and is not refundable or reschedulable.

soBrutal Cancellation

If soBrutal is unable to deliver a scheduled session, reasonable notice will be given where possible.

Where rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
This is the client’s sole and exclusive remedy.
